Cons

• Customer support – After using the app extensively over the last six months, customer support could improve. Sometimes, I needed immediate assistance and could not get it fast enough. If you’re going to use the app, you should know that you will have to figure things out on your own most times or wait for a while before you get the help you need.
• App restrictions – The Deriv app is unavailable in several countries, such as the USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Israel. If you live in these countries, you cannot access the app or any of its services. You should find an alternative that is available in your region.
