At first glance, LiquidityX might look like a basic forex and CFD broker. In fact, it's a well-regulated broker that differentiates itself with great educational offerings and round the clock customer support.

At first glance, LiquidityX might look like a basic forex and CFD broker. In fact, it’s a well-regulated broker that works a lot like InvestMarkets, one of the better forex brokerage firms I’ve reviewed.

Despite its similarities, LiquidityX nevertheless makes a compelling case for itself. This is partly due to its round-the-clock customer service — something most forex brokers don’t offer.

Based on a thorough review of its features, LiquidityX earns a TB score of 7 out of 10.

Expert Review of LiquidityX

After my experience with InvestMarkets, I was on the hunt for a forex broker with tighter spreads. That’s how I came across LiquidityX. It didn’t have the spreads I was looking for, but exceeded my expectations in other ways.

I was particularly impressed by the educational resources. The platform is loaded with insights and reading materials to help users learn about technical and fundamental analysis, NFP, forex CFD trading strategies, and plenty more. Very few brokers are this committed to educating their users and helping them succeed.

Here are some of the other features I liked.

An Extensive Selection of Trading Assets

LiquidityX packs over 300 tradable instruments, from forex picks to cryptocurrencies, indices, stocks, and all the relevant CFDs. The trading interface gives you info about every instrument, right on your dashboard.

You can also place advanced trades and customize pending order levels, spreads, prices, and other aspects to tune the order according to preferences.

A Feature-Packed Webtrader

As a professional trader, I make extensive use of TradingView for my analysis. But I was pleased with the trading console on the LiquidityX Webtrader. From multiple timeframes to all the relevant patterns and indicators, it wasn’t missing any of the features I rely on.

Multiple Account Types

LiquidityX also offers a handy demo account, catering specifically to new traders.

When you’re ready to trade with live funds, there are four account types you can choose from: Basic, Gold, Platinum, and VIP. The deposit threshold varies with each account, with the limit going as high as 250,000 Euros for the VIP account, but the features and perks offered by the higher tiers (including waiving the withdrawal fees) are worth the investment.

Since I was only testing out the platform, I tried out the Basic plan. Even at that tier, I could still access everything I needed, like the Trading Central news bits and standard spreads.

Signing Up with LiquidityX

Opening my account with LiquidityX was very easy.

All you need to do is click the Sign-Up option on the homepage, fill out the form, and you’ll be taken right to the trading dashboard.

For Know Your Customer (KYC) validation, you just need to click “My profile,” go to the dashboard, and upload the relevant documents.

You don’t need to finish that step right away, however. KYC verification isn’t needed for making a deposit.

LiquidityX Dashboard

Once again, I was struck by the similarities between the dashboards on LiquidityX and InvestMarkets.

The LiquidityX dashboard features quite a few elements, making it less minimal than a lot of other trading dashboards. Still, the layout doesn’t feel cluttered. The asset selection is accessible on the left-hand side of your screen, while the right side features asset details, spread insights, Trading Charts, and other useful bits of information.

You can even change the Dashboard theme, which is a nice touch. You can also set push notifications to make sure you never miss important opportunities. And you can check open and ongoing orders.

Deposits and Withdrawals on LiquidityX

Before you can start trading, you have to fund your account using one of the following methods:

• E-wallets like Skrill, Neteller, and PayPal
• Credit and debit cards
• Bank wire transfers

I used a PayPal transfer and my deposit showed up in my account almost instantly.

The same methods can be used to withdraw your funds. There are fees, however. Unless you have a VIP account, each withdrawal will cost you between 1.7% and 3%, depending on your account tier. Each type of account does give you at least one free withdrawal, though.

Trading Conditions on LiquidityX

LiquidityX is a zero-commission broker. It earns via the trading spreads, which start at 3.2 pips and can go as low as 1.6 pips for the VIP account. The max and minimum spreads are set at $0.12 and $0.08 for trading commodity CFDs, respectively.

LiquidityX also charges an inactivity fee of €80 per month. This is rather high, and can add up quickly for users who don’t trade frequently.

To start trading with LiquidityX, simply register from the broker’s homepage or through the mobile app.

LiquidityX is dedicated to creating a great experience for traders. Here are the ones that caught my attention:

• Access to expert advisors and automated trading tools via MT4
• Functional webtrader with support for multiple order types
• Autochartist for tracking currency pairs, indices, and more (access to volatility levels, price charts, and advanced algorithms)
• TipRanks for aggregating stock ratings, Smart Score, blogger opinions, analyst consensus, and other sources of information for making opinion-driven calls

Investing Opportunities on LiquidityX

LiquidityX doesn’t offer any investment-specific accounts or social trading tools.

However, if you’re a professional trader who knows your way around MT4, you can generate passive income via its Expert Advisors (EA) feature.

LiquidityX Affiliate Program

LiquidityX doesn’t currently offer an affiliate program. Instead, it is only focused on active trading.

The State of Customer Support

LiquidityX has one of the best customer support setups I’ve seen among the forex brokers I reviewed.

Leading the pack is the 24/7 multilingual live chat support. The interface doesn’t take weekends or evenings off, which is great for people who trade in the off hours or around the clock.
